Job Description: The Clinical Simulation Operations Specialist / Simulation RN is a professional who integrates clinical nursing expertise with operational, technical, and educational support to advance experiential learning at the University of Florida College of Nursing. This position plays a critical role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high‑ and low‑fidelity simulation experiences within the Kirbo Innovation and Learning Laboratory. Working in close collaboration with faculty and the NRC Director, the Simulation RN ensures that simulation activities align with current clinical practice standards, the INACSL Standards of Best Practice, and Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) guidelines.
