Impact As an Program Manager, Responsible AI located in San Francisco, CA, Minneapolis, MN or Birmingham, AL, you will be the engine that drives the execution of privacy, data protection, and responsible AI programs across the builder organization. You will be responsible for turning legal requirements and governance frameworks into repeatable processes, tools, and developer-friendly guidance so that teams can move fast and build responsibly. While no two days are the same, you will focus on making AI governance work day-to-day by executing and scaling AI program operations, leading AI risk assessments, and building playbooks and templates that empower teams to work independently. You will support the intake and risk classification of AI-enabled features, track program metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, and Data stakeholders to embed AI governance into delivery sprints and release plans.
