Property Search Officer Permanent: Grade B £28,598- £34,434 per annum Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: Hybrid: About the Role: Are you highly organised, adaptable, and ready to make a real impact in one of Birmingham City Council’s busiest directorates? We are looking for a motivated Property Search Officer to join the Place, Prosperity and Sustainability (PPS) Highways Searches Team. As a key member of the Highway Searches Team, you will play an essential role in helping the service run smoothly and efficiently. - Collect, record and maintain Highway and Transport data. - Respond to Local Land Charges and CON29 Highways searches - Manage the Highways Searches mailboxes - This is a full‑time hybrid role, working 36.5 hours per week, with a mix of working from home and office at the Council House, Birmingham.
