We are seeking an RN Risk Manager to: - Facilitate clinical risk management activities, including identification, investigation, analysis, and mitigation of patient safety events and organizational risk exposures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, committees, and leadership groups to manage adverse events, support regulatory compliance, and implement sustainable solutions that improve patient safety and quality outcomes. - Analyze event reporting trends, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate response plans to reduce liability and enhance risk prevention strategies. - Provide education, guidance, and consultation on clinical risk practices, policies, and regulatory requirements while actively participating in organizational committees, councils, and workgroups to promote a culture of safety.
