Integrated into a multicultural environment and dynamic team, this position Sales Assistant will report directly to the site's CFO. Main tasks: Manage the administrative follow-up of orders from entry to delivery; Preparing customer invoices and other sales-related documentation based on accounting procedures; Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of the charges; Manage prices updates and customer contracts; Manage transportation costs, conduct transportation rate studies, monitor and analyze invoices for organized transport services; Monitor product availability and track stockouts; Manage export documentation, including packing lists, certificates of origin, and invoice submissions; Serve as the pri...
