Keller Postman represents a broad array of clients in class and mass actions, individual arbitrations, and multidistrict litigation matters. Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a diligent, team-oriented Associate to play a key role in all phases of mass tort litigation. This individual will work closely with experienced trial lawyers on high-impact cases that make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives. This role offers significant hands-on responsibility, exposure to complex litigation strategy, and the opportunity to contribute to large-scale, coordinated proceedings from early case development through trial.
