- Make a meaningful and positive impact on students' lives - Enjoy flexible working arrangements including a hybrid work model - Thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven, and collaborative team The role: As the Intake and Triage Counsellor, you will deliver counselling to students across face-to-face, phone, and online sessions, supporting their wellbeing, resilience, and sense of belonging throughout their university journey. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen student support programs and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging campus environment. - Part Time – 28 hours per week, Fixed Term (12 months) - Level 7 - $81,136 to $88,655 pa (plus 17% superannuation) - Wagga Wagga About you: The appointment is conditional upon the successful applicant producing, satisfying and maintaining a “Working with Children Check”, in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young People Act (NSW). - Qualified professional with a psychology or social work degree and registration (AHPRA/AASW), backed by substantial applied experience - Inclusive practitioner who understands the diverse needs of students within the contemporary tertiary education sector - Proficient in...
