Position Title: Water Quality Assistant (Apprentice) Job Description: Salt Lake City is searching for driven, enthusiastic Apprentices to join our team. This role’s primary responsibility is to support the Lead and Copper Service Line Replacement Program, ensuring strict adherence to all EPA Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) and SLCDPU standards. Water Quality Assistant (an apprentice position) will be responsible for helping the City collect water samples for regulatory compliance and investigations. This position receives ongoing training and skill development relevant to the position. This role will give the candidate the opportunity to develop the skills needed to advance within this field.
