POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an Overnight Drive Through Shift Lead to oversee and support our Drive-Through Services during late-night and early-morning hours. This position is dedicated exclusively to overnight drive through operations and requires availability for consistent overnight scheduling. The Overnight Drive Through Shift Lead is responsible for assessing the needs of our patients at the drive-through window and educating/guiding them in selecting the appropriate cannabis products to meet their needs. They embody our “customer first” approach, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction through efficient, accurate, and exceptional service in a fast-paced overnight environment.
