If you’re passionate about training others, solving problems on-site and raising technical standards, this role gives you the platform to lead from the front. About the Role: As the TCS Team Leader, you’ll split your time between field work (minimum 50%) and team leadership, ensuring our engineers deliver service excellence every day. You’ll coach and mentor the team, support new starters, cascade knowledge on new equipment, and work closely with the TCS Engineering Manager to drive performance and consistency.
