Senior Bordereaux Analyst

Job description

Key Accountabilities: Bordereaux Management Receive, review and process incoming bordereaux from Coverholders and TPAs in line with binding authority agreements. Ensure data quality and compliance with Lloyd’s Coverholder reporting standards. Maintain bordereaux schedules and ensure timely ingestion into internal systems. Data Validation and Upload: Cleanse, map and upload bordereaux to internal systems. Identify and investigate anomalies, missing data and contract breaches. Resolve data and mapping queries from third party outsource partners. Manage ELTO processing and audit reviews from end to end Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, including Underwriting, Finance/Credit Control and Claims, third party service providers, coverholders, broker and TPAs. Work with Outwards Reinsurance to ensure annual RI renewal process is completed accurately Support Underwriters in monitoring binder performance. Highlight and escalate persistent data or performance issues. Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly MI for internal reporting and committee papers.
