Job Description: Dr. Feifei Xiao's laboratory ( https://directory.ufhealth.org/xiao-feifei ) at the University of Florida's Department of Biostatistics ( https://biostat.ufl.edu/ ) is accepting applications for a fully funded postdoctoral associate position. This position, available immediately, focuses on developing machine learning and deep learning methods for analyzing large-scale single-cell DNA-seq, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and spatial transcriptome data. We are also interested in developing modern statistical approach for integration of multi-omics datasets and causal inference to understanding the underlying architecture and causal factors of human diseases such as cancer, aging related outcomes and sepsis.
