Job description

Responsibilities: - Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and topdressing to uphold the quality and useability of lawn, turf and open space surfaces. - Monitor lawn and turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices. - Execution and implementation of seasonal turf renovation and recovery program’ - Implement sustainable management practices, including water conservation strategies, and pest management techniques. - Operate and maintain specialised equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. - Collaborate with other teams to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritise tasks, and deliver exceptional results. - Communicate effectively with the client to understand their expectations, address concerns, and provide care and upkeep recommendations.
