Responsibilities: The Bartender is responsible for crafting high‑quality beverages, delivering exceptional guest service, and contributing to a fun, welcoming lodge environment. Bartending & Beverage Service: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to Lodge recipes and standards. - Maintain thorough knowledge of drink menus, seasonal specials, and local offerings. - Ensure consistent pouring, presentation, and quality control. - Monitor guest consumption and follow safe alcohol service guidelines.
