Job description
Overview The ISR will learn Xeris products, technology, selling model, systems, data, and compliance regulations that govern the pharmaceutical industry during his/her/their tenure. This role will be expected to contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives in alignment with Xeris’ corporate goals. The ISR’s professional development includes cultivating relationships with customers, achieving established sales goals within a defined territory with a goal of leveraging these experiences to ensure readiness for a field sales position. Responsibilities: - Deliver on corporate objectives specific to territory. - Develop and maintain effective customer relations with key contacts within assigned territory. - Verbalize value proposition of Xeris products. - Understand the patient journey and how Xeris products may impact patients. - Overcome objections to educate clients on the value of assigned products. - Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives. - Strong desire to grow and develop client relationships. - Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of territory. - Communicate with supervisor any customer issues...
