What You’ll Do: As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will: - Partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business performance. - Lead financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities. - Analyze financial results and translate data into actionable insights. - Support cost control, productivity initiatives, and capital projects. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements. - Play an active role in plant strategy and operational decision-making.
