Apprenticeship and Skills Training Advisor 1.0FTE / 35 Hours per week (Permanent) Application Deadline: 3 May 2026: Department: Apprenticeships and Skills: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Glasgow: Compensation: £32,393 - £34,744 / year Description: The Apprenticeship and Skills Training Advisor will work within the Apprenticeship and Skills section to deliver client’s vocational and industry training needs. The post holder will be responsible for the apprentice review process, delivering on SDS contractual obligations. General: - Contribute to the management of Glasgow Kelvin College client relationships. - Act as a point of contact between clients, apprentices and Glasgow Kelvin College for apprentice review activities. - Regular visits to employers and other partners across Scotland. - Conduct regular review meetings within the required SDS timescales with all apprentices and employers and record the information in the appropriate files and systems. - Upload information to the VQ Management system, ensuring all apprentice records are fully up to date. - Liaise with Glasgow Kelvin College teaching departments to ensure apprentices are provided with the services an...
