Position Overview: The Senior Proximity Marketing Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing and motivating a dynamic field marketing team. This role combines strategic oversight with active field engagement, requiring a high level of leadership, data fluency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will excel in high-pressure, results-driven environments, inspiring teams, driving KPIs, and executing local marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
