Description HopShops, a division of Valor Oil is looking for a District Manager. The role is responsible for maximizing the operational efficiency of all HOP Shops convenience store, ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures by Store Managers, and maintaining a safe, pleasant environment for his/her Team and Customers. The District Manager is expected to provide Leadership to his/her managers so that the store’s performance excels! The District Manager reports to the Director of Store Operations. Responsibilities: · Operational & Financial Leadership: Lead district-wide operations by holding Store Managers accountable for P&L performance, labor optimization, and consistent execution of SOPs to drive sales growth and profitability. · Food Program Excellence: Take full ownership of the food service category, ensuring high standards for product quality, food safety compliance (ServSafe), waste control, and margin performance through hands-on coaching and kitchen support. · People Development & Succession: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team; build "bench strength" through proactive succession planning, performance evaluations, and structured trai...
