You will oversee General Hospitality Managers across multiple markets — setting the standard for member experience, property quality, housekeeping performance, and operational execution. You'll report directly to the Regional Field Director and serve as the connective layer between market-level operations and company leadership. If you've led multi-unit hospitality operations, managed a team of property or hotel managers, or run a regional portfolio where you were accountable for both people and performance, you already know what this job feels like. The difference here is that you're building the playbook alongside your team — and you'll own outcomes, not just process.
