AI Product Manager Senior Advisor – Enterprise Operating Model (EOM) Role Summary: The AI Product Manager Senior Advisor – Enterprise Operating Model (EOM) is responsible for shaping, governing, and advancing how Artificial Intelligence capabilities are identified, prioritized, delivered, and scaled across Cigna. Operating within the Enterprise Strategy & Delivery Office (ESDO) , this role serves as the product thought leader for AI within the EOM, ensuring AI initiatives are aligned to enterprise strategy, customer value, capacity, and responsible data practices. This role partners closely with the AI Center of Excellence (AICoE) , Enterprise Data Strategy, and senior business and technology leaders to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to a rapidly growing demand for AI solutions—balancing innovation with governance, feasibility, and trust.
