Senior Associate - Valuations - Risk Administration

Job description

As a Senior Associate in Commercial Real Estate Risk Administration supporting the Valuation Services Group, you will own key risk administration processes and workflows. You will improve efficiency and strengthen control execution through disciplined delivery management, data validation, and process automation using a range of applications and tools. Job responsibilities: - Own assigned risk administration workflows and controls (e.g., access and user profile administration; Alteryx workflow execution and monitoring; operational reporting), including process documentation, execution, monitoring, and evidence capture. - Support senior management in technology initiatives, working groups, and oversight forums by preparing materials, gathering inputs, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. - Identify and drive process improvements and automation by documenting current-state processes, assessing pain points and risks, proposing solutions, and supporting rollout and adoption. - Translate business needs into clear, testable business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria for reporting and data changes. - Perform data validation and reconciliations using SQL a...
