The team manages all operational activities required for the accurate and timely maintenance of the Shareholder Registry and the Third‑Party Securities Account (Custody), along with a range of internal services. It also oversees the full lifecycle of meeting management, including member registration, quorum verification, voting processes, and related governance activities.
