Job Summary: onsemi is seeking a Senior Logistics Sourcing Manager to lead global logistics sourcing strategy and take end-to-end ownership of the logistics supplier base. This is a senior role responsible for strengthening supplier performance, driving network optimization, and ensuring operational continuity while delivering measurable value through disciplined sourcing and contract lifecycle management. The role requires a procurement leader with strong operational acumen who can influence stakeholders, lead through ambiguity, and elevate how the logistics function operates globally. Global Supplier Base Ownership & Governance - Own and lead the logistics supplier ecosystem, including supplier strategy, performance management, and continuous improvement. - Establish supplier governance routines, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting to drive service, cost, and risk outcomes. - Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure supplier decisions support business priorities and operational requirements.
