The Autonomous Delivery Vehicle Operator (ADVO) plays a critical role in advancing safe and efficient middle-mile logistics operations while supporting the client’s long-term vision for autonomous deliveries. As the face of the client to both partners and the public, ADVOs are expected to consistently demonstrate reliability, strong customer service, and operational excellence. This driving-focused role requires operating commercial vehicles, completing pre- and post-trip inspections, executing scheduled delivery routes, engaging professionally with customers, and accurately utilizing required technology and applications. While routes will not initially leverage autonomous technology, ADVOs support future autonomy by passively collecting route data through on-board systems. Candidates must be experienced, safety-minded drivers with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing logistics environment.
