Senior Facilities Infrastructure Engineer (Mojave) Department: Assembly, Integration & Test: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Mojave: Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000 / year Description: As the Senior Facilities Infrastructure Engineer (Mojave) at Impulse Space, you will lead the build-out and activation of a new site in the Mojave Desert. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: you’ll take a facility from bare ground → operational aerospace site, working across construction, infrastructure, and utilities. Responsibilities: - Manage major capital projects and infrastructure improvements at the Mojave Test Facility, including MEP systems, utilities, structural upgrades, and facilities for specialized aerospace test infrastructure - Coordinate with architects, MEP, civil and structural engineers, and contractors to translate design into reality - Manage construction schedules, sequencing, and on-site activity, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget - Oversee contractors and infrastructure work on-site - Serve as the primary liaison for the local AHJ authorities, landlord, and construction agencies, ensuring alignment with zoning, permitting, and environm...
