THE OPPORTUNITY: Thomson Power systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry for over 50 years. We are currently looking for a best in-class Value Stream Leader to work closely with our Operations Director and valued colleagues. The Value Stream Leader will manage all related manufacturing and production activities for the department through the Regal Business System (RBS) which enables continuous improvement throughout the value stream. You will lead Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost Performance to exceed our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the business. You will play a key role in creating a vision, as well as achieving short- and long-term strategic planning objectives.
