Location: Oakland,California,United States The Nursing Manager provides leadership and oversight to organization’s medical and health service programs that are provided by Nurse Coordinators throughout the organization; provides direction, consultation, support to Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, and Psychiatric Technicians. Participates in the development and implementation of organization-wide policies and programs that will contribute to its overall success. Provides wellness and recovery services to chronic and severe mentally ill adults and those with tri-morbidities including physical health issues, substance use issues, and generational poverty that leads to homelessness or housing insecurity. Our programs operate with a wraparound model of care with a team approach to provide integrated service geared towards developing community and natural supports as these individuals transition out of the behavioral health care/homeless system to community supports.
