Concord Hospitality is seeking a friendly and proactive Gate / Pool Attendant to provide outstanding guest service. This role often serves as the first or last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and verify pool access eligibility for hotel guests and authorized marina boat owners Enforce property access policies by checking wristbands, marina credentials, or approved guest lists Provide friendly, professional guest service while clearly communicating pool rules and hours of operation Monitor pool area activity to ensure compliance with hotel and safety regulations Coordinate with pool bar staff to support smooth guest flow and address service or behavior issues Deny entry to unauthorized individuals in a calm, respectful, and consistent manner Report incidents, safety concerns, or rule violations to hotel security or management immediately Assist with basic safety oversight, including awareness of potential hazards and emergency situations Support enforcement of alcohol policies in coordination with pool bar staff and hotel management Maintain cleanliness and organization of entry gate area and surrounding check-in...
