Specialist, Service Provider (Functional Skills) Part-Time 30 Hours Pearson TQ – Chatham & Maidstone Description: In this role, you will deliver engaging Functional Skills Maths and English training to apprentices, helping them build the confidence and core skills they need to succeed in their careers. This role aligns to industry-level titles such as Functional Skills Tutor or Maths & English Trainer. The Role: At Pearson TQ, we help people build the skills that shape careers and strengthen industries. In this role, you will support apprentices within the Army Apprenticeship programme, helping them develop essential Maths and English skills that underpin their technical training and professional development. You’ll wake up excited to help learners overcome barriers to learning — delivering engaging sessions, supporting apprentices individually, and seeing them gain the confidence to achieve qualifications that open doors for their future. In your first six months, you’ll make the biggest impact by building strong relationships with apprentices, creating supportive learning environments, and helping learners progress successfully through their Functional Skills qualifications.
