Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in the Accounting, Banking, or Healthcare industry. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while handling inquiries related to financial transactions, billing, accounts, or patient/client services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to navigate sensitive or regulated information. Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm: Employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug and background check. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat Assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, payments, and service-related issues Provide accurate information regarding financial records, invoices, insurance claims, or banking services Process transactions, updates, and account changes with a high level of accuracy Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues when needed Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems Ensure compliance with company poli...
