Subregional Buyer (m/f/d)

Job description

Digital Realty is seeking a Subregional Buyer Central Europe (m/f/d) to join our global procurement team. In this role, you’ll ensure the timely availability of materials and services while maintaining strict adherence to DLR’s procurement standards. You’ll collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across countries, supporting our infrastructure growth with smart sourcing decisions, supplier coordination, and purchase execution. Key Responsibilities: - Procurement & Sourcing: Source and procure materials and services based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and project needs. - PO & Invoice Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies. - Delivery Coordination: Track and expedite deliveries to meet project deadlines. - Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels and vendor lead times, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). - Supplier Engagement: Support supplier consolidation and maintain strong vendor relationships. - Change Support: Assist with system/process changes and deliver training in alignment with Train-the-Trainer models. - Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs, report on procurement activities, and track supplier performance...
