Job Description The Building / Facilities Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and supporting multiple office and warehouse facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable day-to-day operations. This role focuses on hands-on maintenance, proactive facility monitoring, and troubleshooting building system issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine walkthroughs of facilities to assess building conditions and identify maintenance needs - Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems - Troubleshoot and resolve facility and equipment issues to minimize downtime - Support and execute preventive maintenance programs across all locations - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs outside of scope, including obtaining and managing bids - Maintain warehouse infrastructure including dock doors, overhead doors, lighting, and ventilation systems - Monitor and respond to facility requests with urgency and accountability - Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation - Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, saf...
