Position Overview: The Service Technician is responsible for building, calibrating, troubleshooting, upgrading, repairing, and testing Uson products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Build, calibrate, troubleshoot, upgrade, repair, and test Uson products following procedures and work instructions. - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and all applicable quality policies. - Log, troubleshoot, document, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Prepare and update quotations for calibration, repairs, spare parts, and modifications based on time and materials. - Maintain up‑to‑date know...
