Site Manager, Data Center Facility Operations

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in the management of teams performing installation, maintenance, or work in data centers or business-critical facilities. - 7 years of experience in a Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical, controls, water chemistry, generators, mechanical, or other similar technical domain. - 5 years of experience in data centers, hospitals, hotel industry, power plants, electrical substations, or other mission-critical facility maintenance and operations. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing mission-critical facilities portfolio or operations. - Understanding of the operations and maintenance of electrical, control systems, and mechanical systems in a data center environment. - Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data center environments and controls/monitoring systems. - Ability to develop and grow team members, through coaching, mentoring, and training. - Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
