What You'll Be Doing: - Operate small equipment and hand tools on a variety of job sites consisting of milling, paving, grading. - Maintains housekeeping of job site and facilities, ensures equipment is in good working order - Working knowledge of methods, materials and tools used in asphalt paving, typical site work, grading, etc - Properly follow all Company policies and procedures for safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, or Safety Manager. - Performs routine inspection and preventative and corrective maintenance on small equipment and hand tools if within abilities; escalates issues that are not repairable or safe. - Routinely assists other members of the crew as needed, including shoveling and cleanup - Fuel, oil and grease to ensure proper function of equipment and complete associated paperwork - Performs other related activities as assigned What Are We Looking For: - High School Di...
