Part-Time Faculty: Biology - Fall 2026 and Spring 2027

Job description

Overview: The Department of Biological Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences seeks highly qualified applicants who are committed to excellence in teaching for part-time faculty positions for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. We are particularly interested in individuals with experience teaching Introductory Biology with applications to health sciences and nursing, sophomore-level Human Anatomy and Physiology Lab, or graduate courses in the area of molecular and cell biology. Possible openings include undergraduate sections of BIO 101, 102, 101L, 102L, and 104L as well as Human Anatomy and Physiology labs (BIO 211L, BIO 212L). Possible graduate courses include Molecular Cell Biology Journal Club (BIO 550) or MCB electives. Undergraduate openings are in day and evening sections; graduate courses may be offered in person or online.
