Overview Remote, must reside in Arizona. Hourly Pay: $20.00 to $24.00, includes quarterly metric bonus opportunity! Location: 3133 W Frye Rd., Suite 525, Chandler, AZ Schedule: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) Arizona time, year round. Are you passionate about mental health? We are seeking highly skilled and passionate professionals to work directly with families to help them navigate the admissions process and get them the services they need. Responsibilities: - Help families (over the phone) get admitted to one of Embarks mental health treatment programs. - Conduct a initial assessment of their needs. - Coordinate the admission process. - Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help! - Become competent in Embark and industry programs. - Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce). - Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way. - Participate in team and weekly meetings. - Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health Qualifications: - Experience working in b...
