The Opportunity The Systems Integrator III designs, develops, and commissions electrical control systems, with a focus on integrating PLC and HMI systems for efficient operation and communication. Collaboration with engineering teams is essential to ensure system compatibility and enhance substation efficiency.The Systems Integrator III ensures tasks are completed on time and within budget and reports to a Technical Manager or Engineering Supervisor. What You'll Do: - Create, maintain, and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other project documentation. - Design and integrate PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for the automation of renewable energy generation applications. - Perform the work for the integration of substation systems and devices, including protective relays, RTACs (Real-Time Automation Controllers), and communication networks. - Leads, tests, and troubleshoots electrical control systems under the guidance of upper-level integrators or independently to ensure proper functionality and performance. - Perform on-site field commissioning activities, such as system installation, device power up, and network trou...
