Join our Raymond Team as a Warehouse Manager ! The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Warehouse Manager who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. The successful candidate will be responsible for on and off-site warehousing projects and ensuring goals and objectives clearly support the Company’s Strategic Plan. What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, material replenishment, picking, shipping, and inventory control. - Ensure timely and accurate flow of materials to support manufacturing and forklift production requirements. - Manages operational responsibilities consistent with TPS (Toyota Production System) principles. - Build and sustain a lean warehouse culture through 5S, standardized work, visual management, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. - Develop, coach, and engage warehouse team members to improve performance, accountability, and skill capability. - Monitor key warehouse metrics such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor productivity, space utilization, safety, and damage reduction. - Partner with production, planning, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to solve material...
