The Talent Acquisition Consultant – Intermediate serves as a strategic partner to the Nursing Recruitment Team , managing the full life cycle recruitment process for our nursing departments. In this full-time, day-shift role, you will operate in a hybrid capacity from Monday through Friday, with on-site presence required at our downtown Indianapolis office as needed to support hiring initiatives. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive intake conversations with hiring leaders, designing and posting positions, and executing advanced sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive talent.
