Work Flexibility: Hybrid The mission of the Payments Senior Specialist is to ensure that payments are made timely, accurately, respecting company policies and compliance. What you will do: - Process payments daily (manual, batch, payroll, taxes, cash pooling) with compliance and deadlines. - Provide proof of payments, research historical activities, and provide supporting documentation on request. - Forecast payments and monthly funding of all local bank accounts (including intercompany). - Support answers to audit queries, provide assistance and support to other teams. - Participate to project and automation development. - Investigate and solve issues relating to rejected or returned payments. - Actively participate in daily huddles and weekly team meetings. Required: Preferred: Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.
