Position Title: YouthCity Elementary Program Instructor II - Seasonal Job Description: Salt Lake City is looking for Seasonal YouthCity Elementary Program Instructor II’s to provide supervision for elementary school-age youth and the implementation of YouthCity program goals. This seasonal position will support our YouthCity Summer Program which will operate from June 1 - July 17, 2026. All seasonal positions will be terminated on July 17, 2026. About the Position: This role requires teaching in an out-of-school-time setting, program implementation, communication with program staff, data collection and developing strategies to meet and exceed all organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a High School graduate or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. Experience working with school-aged children and/or other related experience is preferred. About the Team: We are hiring staff to work at all seven school-age locations. Teams of Instructors report to a full-time Senior Community Programs Manager who oversees each location.
