Job Description NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our talented delivery team. This position provides analytical and evaluative support to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of government programs and operations at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) in San Antonio, Texas. The analyst conducts organizational and program evaluations, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, and develops data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making and operational improvement. This role requires the ability to perform complex analytical work independently, communicate findings clearly to government stakeholders, and support healthcare-related programs in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. This position is onsite five (5) days per week at BAMC.
