THE ROLE & THE TEAM: As our local HR Business Partner (all genders), you will be responsible for the People & Organisation (P&O) processes for the local Zalando employees at our Logistics Site in the Netherlands. Besides that, you are also supporting the Zalando Logistics Site Lead with HR-related contract management of our Logistics Service Provider (Ceva Logistics). In this generalist role you act independently and pro-actively on local P&O topics within your scope and you collaborate and align with other Zalando P&O Teams and local business stakeholders like site management and 3PL. Your hands-on approach makes you flexible in managing topics ranging from operational to strategic level.
