Job description
The Financial Institutions Group is responsible for growing and servicing the relationships of our client firms. The day to day business includes expanding home-office relationships, growing shelf space, and establishing our brand at the Broker Dealers with whom we engage. The team works to grow our Solutions business while supporting the distribution of our various affiliates. This role strategically and tactically develops and maintains key account relationships with designated firms and will have a specific focus on LPL Financial. This is a hybrid position located in our Boston, MA office. What you will do: - Act as a proactive sales representative for the Company in seeking additional business at assigned accounts. - Develop and maintain strategic key relationships with program managers/gatekeepers for mutual funds, separate accounts, and other platforms at assigned firm(s). - Develop and execute business plans for assigned accounts resulting in increased assets, revenue and market share. - Obtain and disseminate firm intelligence to field sales and home office resulting in improved sales execution. - Create and implement new innovative product solutions and marketing strategie...
