Description W.S. Darley & Co. (Itasca, IL) is seeking a talented, customer focused Bid Administrator in our Fire Equipment Division to support sales growth of firefighting equipment. This role plays a critical part in supporting state and municipal bid opportunities, serving as a primary resource for the preparation, coordination, and execution of public sector proposals. In addition to providing product and service information, including pricing/quotations, delivery timelines, order entry, expediting, and customer service, this position is heavily involved in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant responses to government bid requests. Our Inside Sales Fire Equipment team is responsible for maintaining and growing current customer accounts, while also partnering with the outside sales team to develop new business opportunities.
