Salary: This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate for a level II, is $33.70; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity. Education/Experience: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or one that is relatable is required for the remaining levels (for relatable degrees, levels II, III must have 15 hours of accounting, and 30 hours of accounting for the Sr Level).
