Machine Operator (Night Shift)

Job description

Manufactures high-quality, low-cost pipe according to manufacturing specification sheets in an efficient manner while maintaining all NOV quality and safety measures. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operates winding machine - Run DSC machine - Extractor cart operation - Operate impact gun - Use measuring equipment - Operation of mix station - Understand specifications and how it relates to machine setup and product - Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition - Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision - Utilize safe work habits - Wear appropriate PPE - Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures - Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures - Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures - Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: - ​​Ability to read pressure gauges - ​Ability to read labels on pipe along with specs on paper - ​Ability to work overtime and shift work as required - ​Good vision required for safe operation of forklift - ​Standing up to 12 hours daily - ​Walking up to 12 hours daily - ​Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily - ​Repetitive Movement (shov...
