Senior Operations Manager

About the role As a (Senior) Operations Manager, you oversee end‑to‑end site operations to ensure strong operational and financial performance. You are responsible for fulfilment operations, day‑to‑day planning, and long‑term operational strategy. Working closely with the Site Manager and cross‑functional partners (Engineering, Logistics, Quality, HR, Finance, and EH&S), you drive performance, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and safe operations across the site.
